★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience, reasonable price among other luxury condo in KL that can cost you a fortune! Been staying here for almost a year, this place has really good security and it's a 7 minutes walking distance from KTM Sentul. They recently opened a restaurant in the condo, but I'd just give 3 stars for their food. There's a convenient store at level 5, but didn't really sell a lot of stuff. The condo has a laundry place too. The pool has sun all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamarind Condo is one of the very few condos in KL offering a spectacular view of the city skyline. The view is worth everything. It is a nice place to stay in KL. The place is very safe and secured with plenty of security guards around. A small store in the building stocks all kinds of stuff for daily use. The cafe offers various kind of food. All the basic amenities are there. Would definitely recommend.

I have lived in the condominium for eight years and security & cleanliness has been flawless. One time a burglar was at large and they caught him after 1 day (the security guards! not the police!). The housing can vary from either a small 200-400 meter squared space, to a luxurious 31st floor 500-600 meter squared space. The prices are very good if you are having a decent job, (around 1700rm to 5000rm for rent per month) there are beautiful views all 4 sides of the tower, and there is also a maintenance crew that will repair anything that you have damaged in your home, like the power circuit, or a hole in the wall. Now for lifestyle, there is a mini supermarket with all the daily necessities so you won't have to shop everyday, there is a decent laundromat who washes your clothes, sheets, linens, and blankets. There is also a gym where you can find weights, 3 treadmills, a complete cardio set, and one bouncy ball for yoga. There is also a private 3 roomer on the 5th floor where you can host parties for a deposit check of 200RM which will be returned after you clean your party, and if nothing is damaged in the studio. The swimming pools are decent, the restaurant is sometimes open and fairly decent, the tennis courts and park is also very high class. There is also a BBQ place near the private 3 roomer. There's also sometimes a table tennis room. I HIGHLY recommend you choose here, Saffron (which is opposite to this) is equally good but if you are thinking budget + quality, i recommend TAMARIND CONDO!

If you are planning to shift here with family with kids kindly avoid this place....
1.No private instructors or tutors are allowed inside the condo to teach your kids as per the condo rules.(please note this rule is not during covid but permanent rule,).ex.: swimming instructors or tuition teachers are not allowed inside condo .....if we want ,we always need to take them out for classes .....proof attached.
2.Kids cant ride bike or scooter even in play areas.
So We need to take kids to some common parks for cycling and scooter riding .
3. Rude management staff and securities.
They wont give respect or consider our request stating we are tenants not owners.
They are running a separate government with different set of rules.
PLEASE AVOID THIS CONDO !!!
