★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banquet Hall at The Top Wedding Dinner. Dishes was averaged in taste, ordinary ambience, table setting was normal, sound was good but lighting are poor coz when the performance at stage it looks dark or facial couldn't be seen...the screen was bright and no spot light to compensate the performer, host, Master of Ceremony (MC) and singers.
We had cold dishes, Mock Shark Fins Soup, Fried Chicken in Lemon Sauce, Steamed Garoupa in Soy Sauce, Prawn fried with Salted Eggs Yolk, Broccoli in Braised Oyster Sauce, Yong Chow Fried Rice and Desserts (Sea Coconut with Chinese Pastries).
Good place for a wedding dinner but the food is just a typical Chinese Restaurant cuisine style food.
