★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is quite good, but I would have given more stars if not for the pool. I've stayed here quite a number of times, and the pool is often a serious health violation. I've noticed that whenever the big bosses come to Trails in their swanky cars, the pool is an absolute delight - clean, and crystal clear. However, when only us "peasants" are staying here, the water becomes murky and dank. Once it even turned green in colour, and it stayed that way for the whole duration of my stay. Gross. Why do you only clean the pool when the bosses are here? Please do take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the pool. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very beautiful. It offers scenery of European landscapes. But belief me, it is in Kampar, Perak. We rented a homestay here for a night. The house is fully furnished with English concept interior. There is also swimming pool for adults and kids, a small gymnasium equipped with ‘cycle’, treadmill, and weight-lifting station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is the security guard there are underpaid or overpaid until not caring his job? First time i enter this place to pick up my passenger, one of the guard asking me where I’m going, ok so it’s my first time I don’t know what’s the number unit inside looks like and my passenger doesn’t inform me about that. I answering that i drive with grab and passenger didn’t tell me that but u know what? He let me goes in WITH that unhappy face! Ok fine, it’s my fault. Second time, i got another passenger ask for a ride but this time the passenger did inform me a unit number. Again! The same guy again, asking me a unit number WITH that unhappy face again! I tell him the unit number but he looks like confused. Why are u confused? Aren’t u worked here for a long time already? I don’t remember i owe him thousands ringgit, why showed me that kind of face and attitude?! I got no problem with other place’s security guard because all of them are very friendly. If u are not happy about your job, just quit, u deserve better! For those outsider and visitors, pls get yourself prepared when enter this place, u may get a chance to face him.
