โ โ โ โ โ Gimmicks and mainly so expensive claim to be providing free yoga service all over the world but ended up finding out they don't conduct yoga classes in Singapore. Just sit in the dark twice a day and do some breeding exercise is efficient its top pricey for what they offer and teach you end of it

โ โ โ โ โ Meditation is a valuable life tool. TM is a time effective way to meditate and is accessible to everybody. My husband and I learnt the technique in December 2020 at this centre and we would highly recommend it! The Center is a very calming space and the staff very professional.
