My entire transaction was not done in-store, but completely virtually (!) via her contacting me through Whatsapp (I reached out through Instagram) and WALKING ME through the whole process of shortlisting the watch I wanted. This entailed many, many photographs & videos of the watches which she sent to me in a detailed Whatsapp conversation. She gave descriptions, conveyed the specs, texture & feel to me in a way that was convincing enough for me to shell out money on the watch without ever seeing the watch in person (which is a reality of our current Covid-19 lockdown). Watch Library- if you are reading this, this is a really viable way to make sales, i would even PREFER to shop in this way. 5 stars. Keep it up!
