The Wharf Residence - Tasik Prima Puchong

Hi. Want to share my experience lived in this apartment for 1 year plus. Had to move out cz cant stand the foul smell from the toilet. Here some points for those considering to buy or rent units in this apartment. 1. Toilet is very stinks even though not using it. Bad plumbing system, even worse after rain. I stayed in master bed room, once not close the toilet door during rain, my whole room smell like loji tahi. Ironically, there is loji tahi just beside this apartment to the East. Very nice view. Lol. 2. Very2 poor loading/unloading. Just moved out from this apartment few weeks ago. Several mover company I contacted said they have blacklisted this apartment cz very difficult to work with. The loading/unloading area is outside the building, faaaar away from the lift. You need to push your whole furnitures through parking lot at basement and PUSH UP through the big ramp to the lorry OUTSIDE the building. Very high risk for your furnitures. Ended up, I need to pay high price for extra manpowers of movers. 3. Weird management rules. Delivery/movingin/movingout operation times is 9am-10.30am and 1.00-5.00 pm. So if your furniture delivery lorry arrived at say 11am, they need to wait till 1 pm, then they can unload the big furnitures. Have a lot of issues when I just moved in to this apartment and bought several big furnitures like mattress, bed, fridge, washer, etc. The thing is, those lorry has their route arranged already. Some of them came from different state has delivery schedule at klang valley throughout the day. The gap 10.30-1.00pm NO ENTRY rules is really weird and difficult for everybody. Even when I want to moved out last time, only has 1.5 hour to loading my furnitures and stuff from 9.00-10.30. So rushing. Cant take evening session cz my new apartment quite far, and still need to finish the job there before 5pm. 4. No direct access to ground floor lift lobby. This one is design issue, not much management can do. If you have big parcel bought from shopee, etc, you need to bring up yourself through staircase to the lift lobby. Cant just use trolley to the drop off parcel at ground floor. So, I will drive my car to the ground floor and bring up to lift lobby using my car. 5. There is loji tahi just beside this apartment. My window open straight to the view. Hehe. But foul smell inside the house not coming from this loji, but from toilet internal plumbing. Worst is when you brush your teeth in the morning, when you want to spit, you lower your head to the sink and there is the smell make you want to puke.?? Tips, only brush your teeth in the shower. Enjoy your stay in Wharf Residence. I had my time there. Never again.?

Nice place to stay. I always order dominos delivery food to dine in. Very recommended.

Badly maintained condo, no wonder most of the tenants refused to pay maintenance fee, coz nothing is properly maintained anyway

DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE | JANGAN SEWA ATAU BELI DI SINI No choice to use my spare account just in case. Here is my experience after being stuck here for 2 years: The building is full of defects. My house on upper floor can flood when it Rains | Bangunan penuh dengan defect, bila hujan rumah saya di tingkat 20+ boleh banjir. The management is barely helpful at all. Have made several complaints about the security procedures and the guards and no action has been taken | Management wayang je. Mereka sama bangsa dengan guard so semua boleh tutup mata. The security is a joke. Frankly speaking, the Nepalese guards are OK, but they cannot think for themself. The 3 local women guards are extremely bad, they love to fight with residents as if they own the place. | Guard/ security di sini memang tiada kegunaan langsung. Ko xde kad pun boleh ikut resident lain masuk, mereka tidak akan halang anda. Standard lebih teruk dari flat ppr. PLEASE ALSO BEWARE - Some of the security is staying in block 08. They know all the resident House numbers and what time you go out/ come back since they record your car plate at the guardhouse. Don't be surprise one day you get robbed with no suspect and cctv under maintenance. Facilities are badly maintained. The place is badly designed, nothing is convenient. Even the main entrance is so ridiculous. If you live in Tower 18 or 28, you need to walk through the entire car park to get to your block | Architect hisap gam masa dia tengah design tempat ini. Lifts are slow, badly maintained and often out of service. | Semua lif di sini ada masalah sakit jiwa. Car park system always got issue. Full battery transponder also cannot use. Then the rude guard will come and tell you "You tiada bayar, pergi register guardhouse". Actually they don't know the reason, they just assume its non payment, which is extremely rude. | Sistem tempat letak kereta berfungsi seperti MRT Malaysia. Kadang2 ok, kadang2 gila. Guard memang perangai babi. Plumbing - Tower 08 plumbing is a disaster. Main sewage line can leak, my whole wall is damaged | Sini ada special feature iaitu "Air tandas pre-loved" FOC dari jiran atas. Weather - due to this is the only truely high rise building within 5km, please note that the wind is extremely strong and will damage all your doors, windows, etc. If it rains, it is always lightning storm due to the Puchong Prima Lake just beside. It is dangerous and loud. Please be prepared to change the locks at least twice a year. | Haaaa, kalau ko suka DIY Handyman, meh duduk sini. Boleh je tukar pintu, tukar doorknob, tukar window. Baik tukar kepala terus kalau kau masih nak sewa sini selepas baca review saya. A lot of drama neighbor here especially all the tenant on tower 8 level 21 house no **, always noisy. Got ringing bell la, incense smoke smell, batu lesung at 5am (buy a blender la bodoh). I can tolerate, but you don't abuse and do it all the time | Sini macam DOLBY ATMOS cinema, tapi semua bunyi/ bau yang ko memang x nak dari jiran yang memang kurang ajar. Tl;dr - This place sucks. Don't waste your money. I live here 2 years already. Look like high class, actually worse than kajang prison. Everything got issue. Sini memang untuk orang yang tiada standard.

Worse condo ever, the lift has spoil for so long and like never repair...when just finish repair for 2 day and it spoil again...if you got the car park at ground floor, congratulations....you need to wait for the lift for 10 min or more only it will come.

Friendly community with wide range of demographics young professionals, families, retired folks. The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Lots of open green space and sidewalks

I waited for almost 15 MINUTES for the lift. I almost went late to my work just because of that. They have 32 floors but only have 3 lift?
