It a cosy and comfortable condominium with privacy for small family or student. A hint of KL city view on the east and sunset on the west. Convenient super market at ground level just open on April 2021.
Facilities come with gym room, snooker, ping pong, activities room study/library room, small Surau, badminton court, sauna and steam room at Level 7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior of the building looks grand and cozy despite the location. Its only downside is that both the road of access to this condo is in bad condition. There are a lot of potholes and unmarked speed bumps which are not that noticeable. However, the facitility is considerably complete and clean with ample of parking lots, and the security system is OK. There are also badminton courts, gym room, study area, table tennis table, pool table, and sauna room on the 7th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to stay, good facility and decent management.
Pros:
1. Great facility and management
2. Easy accessible roads to ELITE
3. Supermarket downstairs
Cons:
1. Uneven and lots of pothole on road due to large lorry going back and forth
2. If you stay facing the east, the birds down stairs will make a lot of noise at night and in the morning. Really loud to a point you need to keep your windows closed. Mind the mosque prayers as well will wake the birds up.
3. Behind koisuites is the river, hence this place was affected by the flood twice.
