★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and pleasant experience. Careen has been very accomodating and honest throughout my whole journey / experience with TWA. Not only she’s an amazing woman herself, she look after the bride’s feeling and interest very well too. I’ve custom made a pair of heels and rented 2 evening gowns from TWA and received so many compliments on them.
It was a little bitter sweet when I had to return my final gown to Careen, knowing that the journey has finally come to a stop. I couldn’t help but recommend TWA to many of my friends that are getting married, and seeing that my other friends engaging with Careen regarding their shoes, make me feel really happy because this bridal studio is one of a kind and they deserve to be known for their good service and craftsmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careen was very helpful as I was overseas at the time I placed my order. Measuring my size was easy and Careen was meticulous enough to make sure the size decided would fit me. Once I received my heels it was the perfect fit! I had no time to break into my heels but still I had no problem wearing them all day during my wedding! Not to mention the beautiful design of the heels. If you're looking for stunning and comfy heels, look for them!

From the start of the design process right to the day of handover of my wedding dress, evening gown and wedding shoes, Careen has been incredibly responsive, attentive, accommodating and flexible in attending to my requests. Their impeccable service during my gown fittings and attention to detail is truly impressive and deserves to be commended. I highly recommend TWA to all brides-to-be and personally have absolutely no regrets engaging TWA for my wedding. To Careen and team, keep up the good work and God bless all of you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always had problems finding a pair of heels as my feet is rather broad. While I was contemplating whether to get a pair of sneakers (for comfort) or heels for my wedding, I found The White Atelier. Browsed through their social media and absolutely love their work.
Decided to customise a pair of heels with them as the difference between my feet is pretty significant. Everything was done through messages as travelling down to Malaysia is currently not possible. I was a little worried about the fit as I was not confident with my own measurements. Thankfully the team was very assuring throughout the entire process.
Received my heels last night and I absolutely love it! The fit was good and it was so so comfortable. I was surprised at how soft the material was. Really glad I decided to go ahead and get this pair of heels. I can't stop raving about how comfortable the heels are to my family and friends. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable pair of heels to get a pair from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my wedding heels with TWA after much thought and I did not regret that decision! Wore the heels for my first dance as well- it was not a slow dance, and managed to dance fine in it! I would say it is worth the investment.
I would also advice brides-to-be to research more on what design you would like.
I did not manage to meet the team in person due to COVID restrictions but the heels fitted me seamlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for custom-made shoes, I'd highly recommend The White Atelier. Not only are their designs beautiful and their shoes beautifully made (everyone thought my heels were so stunning!), the ladies that run The White Atelier really take care of you from beginning to end - from personally advising you in the design stages to making sure you're happy with your pair of shoes.
And what really impressed me most about them was their outstanding after-sales customer service. After my ceremony, I had gotten in touch with The White Atelier team regarding an air bubble that had developed on the front of my heels (because they had gotten wet in the snow). I wanted to know if there was anything I could do to fix it myself, but to my pleasant surprise, they asked me to bring the shoes in and took it upon themselves to see what they could do about it. This experience alone made me feel so glad I went with The White Atelier for my bridal shoes.

Careen is both talented and helpful, she provides consultation and recommendations to your designs that suit you and your wedding venue best! They are also very comfortable to wear so go all out on the heel height you want. :)
