The staff are professional, they give you loads of photos, they even notified me when they saw another defect on an item which was missed to be mentioned on the live show. I ended up changing my purchase to a different bag which I also like, but the point is I appreciate the honesty. Will come back for sure. They have some pretty good deals ?. The fact that they also use Entrupy makes me worry free about the bags authenticity.

They’re a great bunch answering my queries with explanations and pictures patiently. The ‘scoring’ system for items also helped immensely as they fit perfectly to the item. I can barely see a scratch on my 8.5/10 bag bought recently. It shows that they scrutinise everything before scoring them. I appreciated that attention to detail. Delivery is quick too!! Item’s packed well to ensure nothing happens to them while in transit.
So nothing but praises for them. Very trusted seller!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a fake LV dust bag when the tag said that the bag comes with it’s own dust bag. My purchasing experience was also not pleasant. Paid cash but was totally ignored. I was even asked if I need a paper bag for my purchase! Absolutely abominable. This is my last going there.
