β β β β β It was the worst customer experience. I couldnβt even go in and see the types of wine sold and the salesperson/owner is very arrogant. I wonβt come back again to buy wine from him. The price wine sold are high price and I could get the same type of wine for a reasonable price.

β β β β β The Wine Outlet, I went into this shop accidentally one day. The moment I walk in, the owner of the shop was immediately get up and welcome me, very politely and introduced himself. I do not know much about wine, when I ask on types of wine, the owner explained very in detail, example like asking for the time, he is able to let you know how a watch is made. The sincerity is worth for me to visit and recommend to friends

β β β β β First time ordering wines from this shop, however they gave me good customer service and swift response to my order. Derrick helped me to pick up good wines from his shop and arrange for Grab delivery. The service was excellent. The wines collection from this shop is good. I have picked 3 bottles of wines from 3 different countries (France, Spain & Chile). Reasonable price compared to other grocers or wine shops near me. In a nutshell I am a one Happy customer ?. Highly recommended to try Magnificus medium sweet red wine from France, it is taste so good.
