★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much of stuff there anymore during my visits. The clothing section needs more lighting and something attractive for people to walk to that section. Choc section, not much of varieties...quite sad as i used to enjoy shopping here whenever im in langkawi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 90% of the edible gifts (chocolates and what not) I bought it here as I find it has more varieties and best value for my money. We also bought extra luggage to carry out purchases here. Not too crowded, very reasonable prices and friendly staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has quite a large range, even for the Zon stores in airports. While the prices here are very low, especially for alcohol, cheaper prices can be found in small out of the way Duty Free shops along the Cenang shopping strip. Some alcohol prices can be over 20% cheaper, but not all and range can be limited in these small places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say the price here is slightly higher than other places. Choc are definitely priced higher and some are not even duty free price. You may purchase alcohol or beer here as it's priced the same as other places. Suggest to buy choc at Kuah Town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop has a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. I went in the early hours and didn't see much of a crowd. Parking was convenient and the shop was well organized to look for the required products. The price point seemed a bit expensive compared to other spots in Langkawi.
A big let down for me is the employee attitude, I went in with my kids who obviously couldn't keep their hands off the toys and the employees were rather rude and pushy to buy everything that my kid touched which didn't make any sense, they even went about claiming that my five year old has chewed on the toys and I must purchase them - which was ridiculous.
I would never visit this place again and nor recommend anyone to visit as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Zon Duty Free is the shop that you must come for shopping in Langkawi. It's located in Cenang beach area. The huge building with lode of products include perfume, chocolate, clothes, electronic stuffs, souvenirs, alcohol and etc. You will enjoy for sure. This place is one of my favorite when I come to Langkawai ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this duty free shop each time landed at Langkawi in the evening but only once or twice bought chocolate from here.
Main reason if you come to the shop at night 8.30pm, it has closed and the operating hours on the wall still stated as 9pm. ?? really confusing. They should just remove the operating hours notice outside the shop.
This give the next door duty free shop the chances for business which is also closed by 9pm following the announced operating hours. ?
So I have to made another trip on the day time…
