★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very bad service. Phone call cannot go through, live chat only give standard answer which is totally not helpful at all. Good stuck in the HQ for 2 weeks and might be even more because still havent receive it. Truly disappoinment and 100% not recommended. If I can rate 0 star, i will definitely do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good logistics for urgent delivery. Items arrived from penang in 1day. But they will keep the parcel in Hub for 3 to 5 working days. Very slow compare to other logistics companies. Please improve your system.

I would not have order if I know Lazada is using this company delivery service. Even 1 star is too generous. If can i will give 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst logistic ever. Need to contact their CS many times to get the update. I check the parcel status, showed that -out for delivery. 2 days pass, still not received. I don’t know Shah Alam to KL took days to reach. Peram apa package aku lama lama tah

call the care line no one pickup the call waiting for 2 minutes +++
disappointed service.
