★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good vet. Been taking my pets to the animal clinic for years. Dr Thomas is a really good guy. He's always busy so it's best to call and make an appointment a couple of days in advance. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently took my sick cat and leave overnight for them to give proper medication but when i get back my cat the next day it seems they didnt do anything and simply charge me for the medicine and services. the poor cat condition worst still. Few days later my cat die. I dont mind paying but nothing much they have done to help my sick cat. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic not even worth this one star ! I brought my puppy there for treatment ! The Pakistan dr put on iv drips for him and few hours later he had seizures ! I called them immediately and informed that my puppy had seizure and difficulty in breathing after the iv drips , the guy was so rude and they answered me irresponsibly . Thank god i did not bring him back to that clinic and ended up sent him to other vet. I will never suggest this clinic to anyone. They were so rude in handling pets ,especially the pakistan dr ( he is extremely rough and unsympathetic to the needs of your pet ). If u love ur pets , pls dont bring them here ! DONT RISK THEIR LIFE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is located at Jalan Mempelam, Taman Gembira. Near the clinic are small mini market, restaurant, hardware store and a Pets Corner selling pets food, collars and toys. Easy to get a parking spot most of the time. The clinic looks a bit old but it is kept clean and tidy.
I have been a client with this clinic for many years now. I have brought many of my puppies/dogs here for various treatment such spaying, fever, stomach upset, wounds etc. From pups to adult dogs till some of them died, I have always gone to this clinic for treatment.
I can't speak for others but from my own experience, my pets have always been treated well. The staffs are polite and friendly. Even Dr Thomas is approachable in my opinion. Whenever I call him to the house to see my sick dogs, he will always come. The fee is slightly on the higher price but as long as my pets are treated well...I am fine with it.
The clinic is open everyday except during PH from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm on sundays I think they close at 1 pm.
