★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time contacting a vet clinic. Would really appreciate if they could answer phone calls properly. Not sure if there was an emergency as the situation was quite chaotic and they don’t really have time to entertain the callers. “You are wasting my time asking about vaccine” was what i received. Though it may sounds okay to others, but it was not to me. Very bad experience as the first-timer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My German Shepherd had a skin problem that never got better with so many medications, change in diet and shampoos. Eventually after some strong recommendations from some friends. I brought him to Holy Family Veterinary Clinic in Klang. Dr Punitha thoroughly examined him and put in on some medication and a shampoo to wash him. It’s just one week now and my GSD is completely healed and he does not scratch, bite and bruise himself anymore. He seems happier. I thank Dr. Punitha who consistently followed up on his progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit at this vet shop. The sales person in this vet shop is not helpful at all. She does not serve customer in polite manner. Extremely poor service. At the end, I left the vet shop without able to get anything for my pet. Wasting my time visiting this shop. The owner for this vet shop should have train on customer service matters. I would not recommend this shop to my families or friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic service really great. My dog still alive because this clinic doctor. Before I come here I went two clinic. That doctors told me your dog will die. But this doctor give me positive words and save my dog also. I just follow what doctor say. More then doctor give me appointment for my dog to come 3 days I just follow. now my dog so active and healthy.
Thanks alsot for the doctor and clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy with the way Dr. Punita handle my pet, with lots of care. He was having issue of not eating, however it's been solve by some vitamin's and advice by Dr. Reasonable charges. She also personally called up to check on his condition with her busy schedule. Definitely this will be the clinic I will go to. Thank you again.

Not only did the doctor take the time to thoroughly explain my dog's condition but also gave insights & knowledge to essentially take better care of my dog, in the long run. Thank you so much, Doc.
