★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their shoes with orthotic arch insoles are absolutely comfortable to wear. Shoes were comfortable from day 1 of wear and is still good now after 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with Thomas Chan in my life!!!!!!! Don't get cheated by their Advertisement stated Hand-made shoe. Their workmanship is extremely bad, and not even up to a standard as a street cobbler.
I bought a pair of shoe cost RM499 from Thomas Chan Empire Gallery last year, on July this year i found my heel has scratches, but since the shoe is still new and its so pricey, so i bring back to their outlet, and pay RM60 to change a pair of heels. They took 1 month to get back the shoe, and the heels was crooked. So i rejected and refuse to take the shoe, and request them to re-do. This round took another 2 weeks, their staff called me, and told me that my shoes' base was broken when they remove the heels, and ask me to top up money to change the base as well. I refused to, because this is not my fault, and the shoe base was being spoilt by them.
After 1 week, they called me to pick up the shoe as its ready. I went to their outlet, and found the heel is still crooked. And my husband ask for the owner "Thomas Chan" 's handphone number, and call him personally and wish to hear his explanation on how can this happen, and wish to highlight this issue to him.
But his response really make us disappointed and make me pissed off, he said shoes have wear and tear, he can't give guarantee on this, but the fact is my shoe was in good condition before send there to change heels, they had damage my shoe in the end, and they refuse to bear the responsibilities, and not even apology. The owner " THOMAS CHAN" hang up my call half way of the conversation, until now, he dare not answer my call and even off his handphone.
I don't really understand how can this "Thomas Chan" can still run his business with this kind of bad customer service and workmanship. I hope no more victim like me being cheated by "THOMAS CHAN" again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nightmare for me!!!!. I bought two pairs of shoes, a pair of lady shoes and a pair of sandal from Thomas Chan at Empire Gallery outlet sometime early December 2014. I wore the shoe on 6 December 2014 for a birthday party. After walking a few distance, I was utterly shocked there were nails poking into my foot and causes so much pain. Fortunately I am not diabetic. I think I should sue Thomas Chan for such kind of expensive and hazardous shoes. Having said that, I sent back the shoe for repair around 2nd week of December 2014. Until todate I have yet to get back my shoe. I went back to the outlet yesterday and was told the factory have yet to return the shoe. This is the worst experience I had with the after sales/repair services given. Thomas Chan should compensate me a new pair instead of having it repaired as it is not my fault and rightfully I should go to the consumer association to lodge my complaint. I suppose Thomas Chan shoes are not made for comfort and posture afterall. Can Thomas Chan please explain why!!! Before I put my complaint on Facebook. Please I am paying so much to get peanuts for comfort.
