By far one of the best branch of XL Shop, it's very tidy and spacious to walk in to. Staff was very helpful as well.

Staff ( or I guess, the outlet boss, wearing glasses) is not friendly and not helpful at all. I guess my money have no value here lah ?. Even if I go to the morning market to buy fish, the fishmonger will show you the fish. Only here at XL Shop Empire, I cannot see the item that I want to buy. It’s not that I want to hold or touch toy, I just want to see that freaking little toy that my daughter wanted only. Haiya. Even when I went to buy my car also they allow me to see and test drive the car before I buy the car. The toy I want to buy here only priced RM150, yet I cannot see the toy ?. Please la, don’t look down on people.

Very bad customer experience, feel like want asks us out from their store! I have been ordering a few Hot Toys figures from them, but still don't want to serve me and treat me like a stranger, keep ignoring me! Their price is not the cheapest in the market but can say higher than other sellers! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BAD SERVICE! RUDE STAFF! WORST SHOP!
