β β β β β I bought my ipad from thunder and hope to fix at thunder but unfortunately this shop was not able to repair my ipad after waiting for 2
hours. The staff said "kena beli ipad baru". ?
At last, kedai cina Bahau managed to fix it.

β β β β β Very bad service experience. I sent my Airpods Pro and at first they didnβt want to take it saying that its out of warranty and my purchase date is on December 2020 (Not qualified for Apple Quality Program). They even asked me to call Apple Support on my own. I am very frustrated since QP is for Airpods manufactured before Oct 2020 even though the purchase date is beyond that but Thunder is referring to purchase date. They also want to charge me RM50 for diagnostic but Iβm afraid they didnβ t do any diagnostic since there is no diagnostic report was given to me .
I contacted Apple Support again and they asked me to resend it. They apologised for the incovenience. This is my third time contacting Apple Support and all of them said my airpods is eligible for QP but only Thunder said no.
I decided to send it to Switch Aeon Seremban 2. Thank god. They handled it better. They offered to diagnose it and check with Apple (not asking me to call Apple by myself). They even ask me where is the service report from Thunder and I dont have it. Thunder just gave me a piece of paper without any report. Within one hour, Switch contacted me saying that they will proceed with the replacement under QP.
So my advise, go to SWITCH AEON SEREMBAN 2 rather than wasting your time here.

β β β β β The service was great and handled professionally by the staffs. I sent an iPhone XS for a battery replacement at 11.30 am and got their message for collection at 4.30 pm on the same day. Make sure you do a full backup of your phone and reset all the data before giving to them to replace the battery. Itβll make the process much faster. Thank you for your service! ??

My phone swollen, so I put it there to repair, and it just take 5days ,out of my estimation, I thought need around one week to fix it?. Both worker are great,patience, friendly, they will fully explain to their customer.
