★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house are fine, I even get a very nice and friendly owner. But if u were considering about moving in here. Think again, i'm now regretting my decision moving in here. I've been staying here almost 6 month now, in that time frame. I've experience 3 times blackout (electric supply been cut off due to a few issues which i don't know what bc there's no explanation from management. Second is Old Klang Road badass jam, its the worst jam ever. The jam gonna start in 7 am in the morning until 10.30 am no joke on that and its happening least 3 times per day! At this time no vehicles are useful bc traffic aren't moving. My office located at Taman Desa Medical Centre and from this condo if i took bus its gonna 1 hour just to reach there. Ouh yeah, journey with bus aren't easy at all. One more yeah, if you're using pools/Jacuzzi at 5th floor the guard gonna stare u with a very weird way and they wont consider anything yeah. Other than that is for now or maybe in 3 or 4 years ahead, you're gonna enjoy the noise from the site next to the condo. They are working until 11 pm EVERYDAY inc SATURDAY and freaking SUNDAY!!! Yes, its irritating but management wont take any action. So guys, if you're about to move here.. Cancel the plan and find another place. This is nightmare for me and its still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays everybody need to relax in this society where work is considered the most important part of a person's life. Only with working can we support ourselves and also our family, to carry on in our lifes.
The lifestyle of some market segment here in this part of the world is to have a swimming pool and/or children play area.
All service apartment offers this nowadays. Just to share some of the photos on this building.

For the benefit of visitors please waive the parking fees for visitors vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place for a small family coz the unit is quite small, however the security there is tight which i love the most. Outsiders cannot simply enter in that place as access card is needed to open the door or to use the lift. If i'm not mistaken there are more or less 450 cctv in tiara mutiara 1.
Very near to midvalley and NSK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ guards and admin are very friendly... facilities are in good condition... many CCTV in building, i feel secure.... there's no walking distance LRT and ATM... 10mins drive to Pearlpoint shopping mall... 15mins walk to 99speedmart.. have few pasar mini
around few minutes walking only... i love staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to Kuala Lumpur city, friendly security guard also high security .but the things i don't like is it too much when resident's motorcycle also should pay just for parking and lack of visitor parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here since getting keys from developer, a very nice location to live, easy access everywhere. The pool is very nice, very relaxing. Have a big gym room also. Soon going to have a big shopping mall beside named Bloomsvale. Never regret staying here.
