โ โ โ โ โ Parked at basement parking last Saturday to dine at Little People. When I left I realised my car was splashed by "dirty water" that fell from high floors. I thought it's just dirt so I just ignore them.
Today when my worker was washing my car, she told me those are CEMENT! What the hell AVANTAS? What construction works you do or renovation your owner do so careless and splash cement water all the way from the high floor and hit all the cars at basement? I need an explanation!

โ โ โ โ โ Place is pretty nice but the reception lobby is terrible. Not air-conditioned, low lighted n messy front reception counter. Guards were sitting on visitor sofa instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Rather quiet place but has a nice, high-ceiling feel to it. Good first impression. Unfortunately will not recommend this place for long term stay as the units are poorly designed - some units don't have balcony / drying yard and units are rather small. Suitable for singles and expatriates,easy access to public bus - any bus that plies the Old Klang Road would pass by there and stop right in front of Avantas

โ โ โ โ โ Visit for little people cafe. Not much visitors parking, parking area not very bright. No guidance for visitors on how to get to lobby, saw some visitors walk up via car lane, kind of dangerous.

โ โ โ โ โ Its hard to find low dense condo in KL nowadays. Been staying here for 3 years and enjoying every privacy I can have especially in the lift. Will never choose a dense condo to stay in.
