This place is extremely overpriced. Sure the surroundings are well kept (as it should be for any paid accommodation) and there are activities to keep you busy but honestly I can’t find anything special to justify paying 1k ++ for a tented β€œvilla” when there are cheaper options which are just as beautiful without being marketed as a luxurious glamping resort. For the price I definitely expect food to be included in the accommodation fees. I personally find some of their rules strange and somewhat unfathomableβ€” For the price one need to pay, I am very surprised that there’s a one off of RM250 to bring alcohol to the premise, even if it’s just a few cans of beers. (Keep in mind that this is a glamping site, not a proper hotel) I also asked about private BBQ and was told that there’s a surcharge of RM50 to eat in our villa but unlike other establishments you would need to cook your food yourself, even if you paid extra. Mediocre food is unavoidable staying away from home, even at chain hotels but some of the dishes served were awful. A few pieces of fruits served during dinner and breakfast the next day has gone bad. We were served a huge plate of otak otak for dinner and couldn’t bring ourselves to finish even one piece. The stray cat roaming around the restaurant even refused to eat it so it says quite a lot lol. I won’t say it’s an establishment to completely avoid β€” it is still an okay place for people to reconnect with nature while maintaining access to the internet and utmost privacy, just set your expectations right despite the high price tag.

I was here on 30th April 2022. My first glamping expreience. Great. I am satisfied, although price is a bit high but i paid for the experience that i wanted. Which are the Signature Activities they offered: 1.Bon Fire Marshmallow BBQ 2. Movie in the Sky 3. Picnic breakfast by the river Luckily weather is good so all these activities were able to be carried on. If raining, then will be totally a waste of money. Nice tents for people like me who is hesitated to build own tent at camping area, as well as share public bathrooms, toilets with others. So this nicely built tent, with own bathroom attached, is convenient for people like me. Portable air cond provided, but wont be cool enough. Anyway we can feel the winds blowing from outside. The tent is basically covered by net which allowed air to blow in the room. At night can feel the cooling air blowing in. Can listen to loud insects noise. Its natural feels. Nice pool which is not deep. Nice scenery. Cafe food is nice too. Just a weak point is dinner is not complementary, u have to pay own. Which i think with the hotel price charged, should hv cover the dinner for guests. Popcorn served during movie time. Breakfast is nice. Overall i like it! Just a bit disappointment that i thought there will be a team leader who would arrange all activities according to schedule and guide the guests to follow his lead, like a tourist guide, bring the whole guests team to do each activities, or sing songs during bon fire, ice breaking sessions etc. but then no, upon arrival, they said its just free and easy from 3pm-8pm, u play what u want, hv ur own dinner, then join bon fire at 8.30pm and then movie time. Thats all. And the bon fire to be better should hv a leader who can talk and bring fun to all the guests like singing, playing music etc. But that person only put on the fire and everyone bbq marshmallow, quietly. Not the fun that i imagined. Can improve on this. One more, the bathroom and toilet in the tent has no door! So u should only share a room with closest people that u trusted.

Was there last weekend, very well organised resort owners offering lots of program & activities to the guest when they are day. I am sure my family would love to return to the place soon , we made a mistake staying only a night. Nasi lemak is splendid and awesome !!!

We stayed here for two nights and three days. The staff were all kind and did their best to my request. The room was clean and there were many events, so the children liked it I highly recommend this place.???

Upscale Glamping experience that’s a nice escape from the city. Food and service was great. A good tip is to stay not too far off from the central activity areas as it would take quite a walk / require buggy service. Overall, a great stay, plenty of activities to keep everyone in the family occupied. Do request for a morning tour around the entire site, which is a nice refreshing walk in the morning in the midst of the luscious greeneries and little animals. 2 nights would suffice in this place :)

Nice Glamping experience! Highly recommended for family trips as there is heaps to do… pool, picnic, fishing, hiking, bonfire, outdoor movie night, games and various activities (archery, trampoline, etc)… mostly free! Food is good and do try their signature dishes. Nasi lemak was very good for breakfast. Service is really hospitable and accommodating. They are not the fastest or most efficient compared to 5 star resorts but make up for their staff willingness to try. ? Important to set your expectations that there will be some bugs in and around the room. But I do recommend the management to put up nets for the bathroom openings for tree house rooms. Our room had dead bugs and housekeeping most certainly miss some spots. Also sheets had stains and toilet in our second room check in was not cleaned which is why my review is only 4 stars. Also be sure to check with front desk where is safe to park the car. There are a few spots infected with ants and had a tough time clearing it out! The staff knows about this and suggest to communicate this proactively to the guests. They were very helpful in cleaning up our car but could’ve been avoided. All in all, a few blips to the stay but I will most definitely be coming back again as me and the family most certainly had an amazing time!

1. We came here specifically for the breakfast picnic experience as we are picnic lovers. But staff refused to do the picnic setup citing reason that it rained the night before and the ground was wet. However, the sun was shining bright and the ground was nicely dry, as you can see from the pics. I called the reception telling them that the ground is dry, he could keep saying the ground is wet, I told him my hand is touching the ground now and he could come over to check together with me. He could not offer anything tangible. I could not think of other reason besides staff being lazy to do the setup. To the resort management, when you reply to this, do offer evidence and reasonable explanation. I’ll be glad to revise my review based on that. If you come here for the picnic experience, be prepared to be disappointed. 2. I’ve ordered a special meal due to dietary sensitivity. Knowing the staff could be tardy from other reviews, I’ve reminded them a total of 3 times, 2 times written message on WhatsApp, 1 in person verbally. They all acknowledged and noted. The next morning, they still mess it up and completely missed it. Our group was 3 adults, we paid additional $250 for that 1 extra pax for a sofa bed setup and breakfast, on top of the room price.

Stayed here recently for a couple of nights in one of the 'tree house', a room built high so you can have meals below. Really targeted for family with young children. Not us. Pros - nicely located surround by forest with a stream next our room - quiet - friendly service Cons - pricey, only breakfast included - not much for adults to do - maybe that's the point? - for a forest resort, no trails to check out the forest. - need to have an excursion trip to another place for jungle trekking.
