The staff told me that they are all in the exhibition area. Will employees look at other people's services or are they lazy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ School bag is good. But their customer service was very bad, nobody pick up call. I wish to call in to know is my bag ready for collection, call from 12pm - 3pm, still the same. Wondering is that so peak hour for a normal Tuesday??? Your staff so busy until can't pick up a phone call? If you don't like to pick up call, at least post something at your social media.
PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put aside the Ergonomic design, the suitability of Tiger Family school bags depending on kid's height. Eg. the size of the bag has to be above the waist line of kid. My kid feel the weight of the books is lighter as compared to using other bag. The basic concept is weight distribution and do not over burden the kid's spine / posture. The bag also c/w free a pencil case and a hand carry bag.
