★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed with Times, charged me penalty RM500 for early termination because I'm relocating to new place. When i install they confirm with me there is Times port at my new place, feel scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them has been positive. At one time I lost my Internet connection because of the issues in the upstream fibre cable, but it was quickly fixed in the next day. At another time the download bandwidth went very low but restarting my modem fixed the issue, which I figured out myself. Other than the two times, I have not had issues with the connection and I find their price plans reasonable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is known for its unrealistic refund scams. They make you wait for months to process the refund and now for cancellation I have to make further payments just to process cancellation. Stop making your customers feel like they’re being scammed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called TIME customer care more than 15 times from morning 8 am until 915 am no one answer.
After all the hassle enter IC said experienced high calls volume and hang up. Worst technical support ever! Their Ninja team will support from 8 am 10 pm. But only answer after 920 am. Pls said you will work from 10 am onwards.

Paid deposit for internet installation of 1,000 RM then got cancelled because of some issues been asking for my refund for the past 4 months and all they say is “ Rest Assured our team is working on it “ poor team and unprofessional staff for such a company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for support on slow and intermittent speed. Company sends outsourced technician who cannot fix the issue. Only tells me a story. I complain again. Time tells me that 200 to 500 mbs is all I get even when I pay for 1 Gig Speed. Then ignores my support ticket.
Tried to get Online Support. I get connected to answers in FAQ. FAQ is generic. Automated response askes me to change my question to fit their FAQ. Ignores me again.
What a service!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been without internet, (as have other members in cyberjaya), since yesterday, full day without service during a work day, and they still haven't turned the service back on. They say they have an outage, I've had problems with their coverage ever since i started using their service. I asked if there would be.a credit given for our time without service, they said they would do nothing. No estimated time frame for a resolution provided, they are a joke. Absolutely the worse internet company on the market. I've written them 3 e mails, no response, I will be writing the malaysia consumer protection agency to tell them about their poor business practices. If you can use anyone else, do so.

TIME overcharged me by 1 month AFTER cancellation, even with 2 and a half weeks notice given. After requesting a refund, they mentioned they will do so within 90 days, and that they will send ANOTHER bill for the next month for services NOT rendered.
You might have to pay additional 2 months and have your money locked up after termination. It's unethical and customer service only replies with a templated message asking you to wait, not professional nor helpful.
