★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a JLC Reverso watch for service due to water entering into the dial. The watchmaker pricing was fair, however the problem was the case was damaged due to improper opening (can see the dent where screwdriver was used to pry the case open). Also, the was also some residual dirt which left a mark which cannot be removed on the case back. Can properly be removed possibly with polishing, but at this stage I was too afraid to let them handle my watch anymore.
To be fair when I realised the damage was the done the owner offered to help make it right - but by this stage is too late.
