★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good service..you can always ask their barrista if you want something out of their menu..heaven for those who like to have their drink signature..nice place to enjoy with friends too..they have varieties of hot and cold coffee, tea and chocolate..food also serve here..starbucks always manage to make my day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is okay. If you intend to stay at one of the low cost rooms, it is better to find another apartment nearby with the same price. They can give bigger room. But if you are looking for a comfortable high-priced suite with excellent service, this is the place. The only thing I am not comfortable with is their foreign workers who can hardly communicate properly and professionally with the guests, clearly lack training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you have a fondness of squatting in a cockroach infested dump, as well as benefitting from absolutely none of the cleaning services that is paid in addition to the extortionate rental amount, I recommend you stay well away from this derelict property.
No hot water for months. Although the agent would tell me it would be taken care of in a timely manner, I quickly realized that this was just lip service. It was never fixed, and so too with the Wifi.
After a prolonged period of having no internet (even though internet provision is included in the package), we had to eventually resort to mooch off the wifi signal by another provider within the vicinity.
The staff and agents need orientation in basic manners and decency.
Security are very rude. A total shambles of a place.
I'd give -5 stars if google provided the option.
