★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never stay here again. Hair in the bed, shower had bugs crawling on the walls, carpet on the floor was ripped, generaly smelled of smoke in a non smoking room. I asked to change rooms, they were generous to accomodate this, the next room had no toilet seat. I requested for a refund in which they accepted, so they obvioulsy are aware that their accomodation is not up to scratch. When booking be aware this is a serviced apartment, the hotel is better. Stear clear of the service suites!
If you are looking for a run down, dated, smelly stay, this is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons : No telephone, no iron board, no hairdryer, no room slipper, no face towel. Only one access card was provided to each room. One of the lamps in the bedroom was not working. A small part of the parquet floor in the bedroom was constantly leaking. I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. On the second night, I heard someone rang my bell at exactly 3 am but when I checked through the door hole, no one was there. Creepy sounds all the time. Don't stay here of you're planning to stay alone.
Pro : Have access card for lift and room entrance. Have bathtub. Just above Berjaya Times Square shopping complex. Parquet floor, not cold floor. 6 lifts but only 4 working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked in as a big group and as soon as we arrived at the hotel it took a very long time to organise our rooms. Theres no seating area in the lobby so we sat on the floor as we waited only to be told that we are not allowed to sit on the floor! Our kids had been exhausted at this stage. Once we got to our rooms we noticed the couch was ripped. The toilet was broken and taped back together some areas of the carpet were burnt and the towels were dirty and ripped. The wires were comming out of the iron they provided and they only gave us a quarter left of a toilet roll. I was not happy with the service and will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice for living with families. Little bit costly but having so many facilities to stay here. Can enjoy the place at night also. The environment is very neat and clean specialy secure and the staff are also so nice and helping in nature. Having 24 hours security. The place is in centre of bukit bintang KL and can acceess easily from every where. Recomended for living here with family. Food street is also on walk in distance. So many options for food itself in the same building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience... How to begin with... Got too many things to complain. The room is smelly and the air conditioner sounds is really loud... Really disturbing. And you couldnt straight away check in, need to wait for the agent to come and get you. And you need to pay 100 hundred dollars cash deposit. I have no problem with deposit money... But please mention about it on the site. That time I had problem with my online bank and I forgot to draw my money. The only thing I have with me is credit card . Seriously I will never ever come here again. Not even for free.. Lesson learned...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel staff service. Well-mannered and friendly with kids. Able to play "pretend" game with my sons on my first day here working with the concierge staff handling the luggages..my sons totally love it and is able to be more obeidient later on for the whole trip. Facility wise, things are on the old side and when i first got my room, it does not feel as clean as most rooms from other similar hotels. After the first cleaning the next day, it felt cleaner like most hotels. Overall good experience and sense of security..but can be better in terms of cleanliness.
