β β β β β Went to experience the new UTC. I was genuinely impressed with the service. Do note that when taking the number, there are three windows. One each for JPJ, JPN and imigresen. In that order, the longest line will be for imigresen.

β β β β β Very convenient 1-stop center, housing JPN, Immigration, LHDN, TH and JPJ, apart from Giant hypermarket. Extra parking spaces available outside the premise, rate is RM3/ entry.

β β β β β New, refreshing look. Livelier with government offices in there. Though gonna have problem with parking spaces. Giant supermarket is in there too. Making it easy to do shopping after any occasion in there.

β β β β β Has limited parking lot. This place has many government office, dental clinic, outpatient clinic, which open daily till 9:30 pm except public holiday. Also got a super market, ATM SERVICE, food stalls.

β β β β β Shopping complex turned into UTC. Operational on the 20 November 2017. To be officiated by the PM on 30 November 2017. The goverment agencies services offered 7 days a week from 8.00am to 10.00pm; closed on public holiday. And, closed for break from 7.00 to 8.00 pm. There are also shop lots offering variety of products and services, and also Giant Supermarket located at the ground floor.

β β β β β A nice corner shop tucked away, and it's ideal for local football fans as they have all the sports channel and large screens for display. They also have tables with outside seating and even at 2.00pm your seats are in the shades of the building.???

β β β β β 1.easy to locate and reach, just by the side of the highway.
2.nothing much happening here, a fail 'business district'.
3.went here to find Dr.KO clinic, all staircases closed, no problem, asked to go up via escalator, then went right down to a secret door, then only found the clinic, on the way down, lift was available, went down to a closed staircase, went back up, escalator only had up travel, no down travel, then went down to lift, preseed G level, lift brought us to LG instead, WTH is with Goin on with this building?
4.down come here, bad energy, spooky and don't know why retailers still remain here.
5 should be a no star option here on Google maps, but no choice.
