penerangan yang jelas,mudah memahami,
mesra pelanggan,tidak sombong,cantik,senyum sampai habis urusan?
sangat2 membantu walaupon urusan tidak boleh dilakukan di sana,staff khidmat pelanggan mcm nie yang perlu duduk di kaunter khidmat pelanggan

very helpful when things are not done there, the mcm nie customer service staff need to sit at the customer service counter

Tiada lgsung snyuman ktika mlyan customer.. mmg iya waktu bkrja di UTC shingga 10malam, tp itu tidak bole djdikan alasan utk mnjwb soalan customer dgn kurang ajar dan tdk mlemparkan snyuman kpd csutomer.. TMPoint Seremban, sila beri prhatian kpd staff anda 28/1/19 yg bkrja waktu malam... sungguh biadap ktika mnjwb soalan yg dajukan dan mmblas dgn muka yg sungguh sombong...
Really rude staff. No more smiles when visiting customers .. yes, working hours at UTC until 10pm, but that can't be an excuse to answer customer questions rudely and not throw a smile at customers .. TMPoint Seremban, please pay attention to your staff 28/1 /19 who works at night ... really rude when answering questions asked and replying with a really arrogant face ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen ini bukan ditujukan untuk TM Point di cawangan ini sahaja. Tapi ditujukan untuk kepada TM secara umum.
Bila nak mohon produk, bukan main mudah, konon semua dihujung jari boleh mohon di semua cawangan TM dan bila bila masa.
Bila ada masalah, nak terminate, nak ubah alamat, semua kena pergi TM center lah, hanya office hour lah, tak boleh buat online lah. Terus semua jadi susah. Perkhidmatan yang sangat berat sebelah.
Do something please.

When you want to order a product, it is not easy to play, it is said that everything at your fingertips can apply at all TM branches and when.
If there is a problem, want to terminate, want to change the address, all have to go to TM center, only office hours, can not do online. Keep everything so hard. Very biased service.
