★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lousiest Celcom outlet. If Celcom will to keep its staff in this outlet, I think Celcom customers will run away in no time. I went to this outlet to pay bills, and the staff there was very very reluctant to accept the payment. He was unresponsive, kept on playing with his handphone, mumbling to himself as if I was transparent. After accepting my payment, I was kept waiting for about 5 minutes for the receipts. All in all, he didn't speak a word to me, as if he was dumb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was great when I signed my Mate 10 package with Celcom Starling two years ago.
Today walked in again to ask for Iphone 11...old staff not there anymore..the new staff told me iPhone 11 is bundle together with accessories...which is RM150 for 1 casing and 1 screen protector....haha...Bye Celcom Starling...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 of the staff was really helpful. Bought a few Iphone 11 pro max and 11 pro. When waiting for the receipt they even offered and gave their seat for us to seat on. Truly generous and extremely kind. One of them even called other celcom branches to help and check stock regarding phone that i liked to purchase. Thanks to them, i got em all. Really helped me alot.

Be cautious guys!
Guide customer to make payment 1st, at the end take out the product still know it’s different as expectation.
Who would want a mobile phone and a charger of different brands as a set.?
