β β β β β Not helpful, when I asking port back to Unifi Mobile, they mentioned I had outstanding payment not yet paid for Dec Bills. I told them it was system issue and I had MCMC report number. However waited nearly 2 months only receive my refund. Not sure why they ask me pay first all the outstanding amount instead of voided the system bugs issue. After pay bills and need to wait for two months for refund. Why? why? why? :(
