★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them yesterday to confirm the working hours for today (Saturday) . The guy said they are open until 7pm (even in the website it says every Saturday is open until 7pm) . But after making an appointment today supposedly , the lady said they are open only until 12pm?. Seriously , make up your mind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at counter made faces since I walked in the door. Didn’t give me a chance to properly sit before barraging me with questions. Replied to my queries with machine gun-type response that I had to ask her to repeat multiple times. If they truly wanted to help, they did not show it. Not recommended

Called the customer careline to ask for details on how to deal with streamyx/unifi hotline but was told that she was catering to customers and I need to deal with the problems myself. Not helpful. We have also reported phone problems earlier but it wasn't solved (we let it go, when we shouldn't. But rudeness is my last straw) and when we called again to report they just dismiss our problems. 1/10 wouldn't recommend.
