★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is bad. I stand at the reception counter and ask for the queue number but the staff there don't know dreaming or what, just serve other customers. Is it difficult to just press the number for me so I can go queue then you can continue serving other customers? They don't even allow us to press the queue tickets. Really bad services especially during peak hour.

Long queue standing outside they just do not care. Not all counters with customers, customer service officers just chat among themselves !

Morning , busy ... tried in d afternoon 4pm
Waited 30 min to c d front desk.
Tqvm ..manage to cnfrm & resolve matter at front desk ... if refer to counter ...may be another 30 min+- ... staff is courteous ..
Would be great if less waiting time
Parking ...morning (+ good walk distance) .. Afternoon .. not bad ..plus Parking coupon
Oppsite ..Bangunan Sri Kinta ..$4 per entry

No regard for comfort and convenience of customers. Old or disabled have to wait outside in the burning heat. Very slow service! Despite having several counters, 8 or 9, only 2 or 4 are with staff. Makes the waiting outside too long. Large space inside yet public not allowed to sit inside
and wait. So many seats and sofs sets for what ?..... Display only ?
Service and response is totally rubbish!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend visiting from 11am to 1230pm. Very quick service, most importantly my representative Cik. Anis was extremely friendly and went out of her way (without even me asking) to waive my penalty for terminating before my contract expired. Everyone here knew their role and did it well ?
