โ โ โ โ โ Correct me if I'm wrong, Received an email from customer service to perform sim card replacement with representative, I'm overseas and not able to do a sim card replacement myself, instead I ask my wife which is in Ipoh right now and represents me to do sim card replacement. When she walk in to the store and asking for sim card replacement, a women which on shift today told her that no such service here and chase my wife away. Not giving information and such useless staff here, very disappointed with the service!
