The place is not crowded during MCO. They manage the queue well and staff will press number for u.
Customer service staff is just normal, I came to return my modem and request to get a slip and insist to get the slip but staff insist not to give and tell me reference number only. Staff told me I will receive sms but in the end I also didn't receive any sms. When I wan to ask back the staff, she already left her place. Hopefully the whole thing goes well in the end.
