★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TM representative with very limited authority. Everything you ask for, their answer is standard, "We are merely dealer, we can't do that. We can't provide that kind of service." Strategically located but hardly useful if it can't really serve the representation needs of the surrounding.

She probably need to improve her communication and social skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to whom may concern. I just came out from this TM Point Puchong Puteri. There is Old chinese lady who work today September 23rd, 2021 11:00AM. Is this service that you train her and the teams. You as a Branch Manager or PIC in this branch how could you hired someone like that and didn't train customer service well. The way she spoke and explanation to guide customers is RUDE!!No Greeting!!No Customer Service professional!!is this TM Point or is Gangster Point!!better close this branch!!no point operate with this kind of rude service. i hope this old lady will get back what she did to all customers and no wonder this branch got lowest star and service. if can I just give ZERO!!Fully Not Recommended to come here to deal with them!May their PIC also same attitude that why the staffs also rude and too relax. this is why this branch too relax with no customers not busy compare others branch.
