My WiFi speed once went down to kilobytes and I called them they came but it’s worse one it won’t even open Instagram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff - readily answered my enquiry and offered best solutions. No queue when I attended. Please note that this location only deals with bill payment and creating new accounts. I am an existing TM customer and need to transfer my line from old home to new. Nearest TM office for this service is Kajang and need to attend in person...disappointing for a telecom giant to have this arrangement. Can and should be able to do better in the digital age. The in store service was excellent the TM processes, procedures and locations very poor!
