Forced to pay 99/=, take & have to change to new number. U Mobile providing LOCKED lines that can't register WhatsApp. Called 1318 & Enquired. Solution. 1) Complain to WhatsApp & wait for 7 days. Hopefully, WhatsApp can resolve problem. 2) Get another new line & pay 99/= again. Double charging. It's their fault in supplying problematic lines & yet they don't care.

Nak tukar sim card baru dia cakap dekat times square only but the fact is there is also nearer centre can do the service such as kajang. Please teach your staff! Too bad too handle and please hire other staff who has good attitude. Bad experience.
