★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and sloooowww delivery for kota damansara branch! Items not delivered after 2months, still counting! Followed up with them for many time and their response is always slow, after 5 reminders at least. They never update the progress in system nor remind user on the status. They will give lousy explanation all the time. This time, they told my baby cloth is being held by custom. Like really, baby cloth?? And no response again after I asked.
