Layan customer elok2. Jangan buat muka. Menunggu makanan punya lama hampir 1 jam. Satu2 sampai. Bukan byk pun oder, hanya 2 menu shj. Bila ditanya staf kedai, sepatah pun tiada jwpn, hanya tarik muka masam. Bila rakan semeja dah habis makan nasi aym penyet (ayam, tempe sekeping kecil dan sayur. Tauhunyer mana? sambal kedekut), barulah sampai makanan yg sy oder. Nasi goreng ayam je pun (rasa tawar, ayam goreng keringnyer la hai..keras)...pekerja letak je atas meja tanpa sudu (takkan nak makan nasi goreng tu dgn tangan (kalau nasi putih ok jugakla kan..). Staf kedai tu lalu mcm tu je, sy sendiri bangun ambil sudu dimeja lain..(apa salahnya, kalau taknak ambilkan sudu, bagitau je sudu ada kat meja hujung/belakang, boleh bangun ambil sendiri!). Kami ni tau staf kedai ni semua penat, mungkin tak cukup pekerja, tapi tolong belajar communicate dgn pelanggan yg datang dan jgn duk tarik muka masam mencuka! Kami ni nak support kedai melayu,tapi kedai melayu layanan macam ni pulak. Memang patutla org support kedai2 tomyam ni, walaupun mek2 dan awe2 kelantan thailand tu penat, tapi masih alert dgn customer. Sorry Tok Teh Ayam Penyet, this is the first and the last singgah. Very2 not recommended! U r deserve to get 1 star only!
Please don't treat customers like garbage !. We came to bring sustenance to your shop. We pay instead of free meals.
Excellent customer service2. Don't make faces. Waiting for food took almost 1 hour. One to two. Not byk or oder, only 2 menus only. When asked by the shop staff, there was no answer, just a sour face. When a friend at the table has finished eating nasi aym penyet (chicken, a small piece of tempeh and vegetables. Where's the tofu? Sambal kedekut), then the food is ready. Even fried chicken rice (tasteless, dry fried chicken, hi..hard) ... the worker put it on the table without a spoon (I don't want to eat the fried rice by hand (if it's white rice, it's ok too ..). The shop staff Tu lalu mcm tu je, I got up and took a spoon from another table .. (what's wrong, if you don't want to take a spoon, tell me if the spoon is at the end/back table, you can get up and take it yourself!). We know the shop staff are all tired, Maybe there aren't enough workers, but please learn to communicate with customers who come and don't look sour! We want to support Malay shops, but Malay shops have this kind of service. tu penat, tapi masih alert dgn customer. Sorry Tok Teh Ayam Penyet, this is the first and the last singgah. Very2 not recommended! U r deserve to get 1 star only!
