★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal patron taking every chance for breakfast during weekdays and weekends bringing daughters for the great roti canai and nasi lemak. However today's event left a black mark which I will not set foot again. There are many customers in the morning and it is understandable that it will take some time for the orders to arrive. Waited for 20 minutes, not even the drinks arrived, however other patrons that arrived later got theirs. When confronted they say "Kami ada buku, kami ikut buku. Sabarlah kena ikut turn". We mentioned we already waited 20 minutes while other customers got their orders. The last statement given to us is "Kalau akak tak boleh tunggu, tak apa lah". That is a blow to us and this will be the last time. Sorry to say, bila dah famous and ramai customer, this kind of answer means you do not care. All the best in your business.
