β β β β β Service so bad ?? pekerja cina lelaki rambut perang dan pekerja cina wanita semua hari sabtu 30/4/2022 melayan kami pelanggan melayu teruk . Kami datang nk potong gelang yg dibeli di kedai tomei sunway carnivall mereka seperti nak tak nak sahaja , buad mcm kami menipu mereka walaupun ada bag tomei . Masa my dad call mereka kata ada tukang potong gelang tapi bila saya dan ibu saya pergi diorang menipu kata tukang tu dekat parking . Kami pun pergi keluar sekejap jumpa ayah kami bagitahu . Kami pergi balik tk sampai beberapa minit tiba2 mereka terkejut tengok kami datang balik dan bagitahu kami org yg call tdi dan baru ada tukang potong tu . Kami sangat kecewa mereka pandang remeh dan rendah pada kami orang melayu.. Tunjuk resit baru gelabah mereka semua . So kesimpulannya lepasni dah taknak beli emas kedai ini lagi . Dah la puasa kami kena ke sana kesini sanggup diorang buad macam ni dekat kami .
Service so bad ?? blonde male chinese workers and female chinese workers all saturday 30/4/2022 treated our malay customers badly. We came to cut the bracelets bought at their tomei sunway carnivall shop as if we didn't want to, so we cheated them even though there was a tomei bag. When my dad called, they said there was a bracelet cutter, but when my mother and I went, people cheated, the craftsman said it was near the parking lot. We went out for a while to see our father and told him. We went back until a few minutes later, suddenly they were surprised to see us coming back and told us that the person who called there and there was a new cutter. We are very disappointed that they look down on us Malays. Show us all the new receipts. So the conclusion is that I don't want to buy gold from this shop anymore. After fasting, we have to go here and there willing for people to do this near us.

β β β β β Bought multiple thousands MYR gold pearl diamond pendant. The pearl fell off so bring over to fix and rejected by the ignorance employee. So I leave the pendant here and command them to throw into the rubbish bin. Just multiple thousands, I don't mind! If it can't be used, it just rubbish, and rubbish should goes back to rubbish bin.

β β β β β I went there to get my helix pierced. One of the staff there was very mean. The another staff also pierced too high and it hurts so bad till it bleeds non stop for a few minutes. I would not recommend to get piercing there.
