โ โ โ โ โ this furniture shop basically has no sense of customer service. Promise to deliver the good on time but failed. The woman who answering the call is terribly rude and the sales person called Alvin will NEVER pick up your call after making the deal. Highly not recommended to go.

โ โ โ โ โ The furniture shop is big. But the after sales service is a HUGE disappointment. Please do not deal with salesman Alvin. He promised to send the furniture at 3pm on saturday. We waited and call sooooooo many times. Wasted 5 hours of waiting time. 8.30pm he called and said no lorry. If i havent paid, i will definitely go to other furniture shop. Definitely will not buy anything from here anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Stood at the entrance for 5 minutes. The ladies inside saw us, but decided to continue her dinner. Finally another younger lady came and let us in.
Went upstairs, checked the sofas by ourselves for another 5 minutes, then the dinner lady finally came upstairs, and showed us around.
Prices of the items are higher than what we expected, so we decided to leave. The dinner lady went downstairs before us, and sitting at her place. When we walked pass her, she sounded very impatient and said: "sigh, i was still eating".
If this is what you called serving customer, then i dunno what else i can expect from you. The other reviews were true. We shouldn't even bother to try coming here.

โ โ โ โ โ The only furniture shop I saw with this amount of choices of praying altars!!! I came to kepong just to buy praying altars coz In cheras there is very limited choices and price is not cheap. Here I found the cheapest price with good quality (PS: Iโve done my survey on Shopee & other furniture shop before I bought mine here) The sellers are friendly and helpful too.

โ โ โ โ โ The biggest furniture shop I have ever seen! Bought bedroom set and dining set with reasonable , good quality and salesperson were good talking style, willing to explain and good after sales service. Delivery to house within 3 days, definitely will come back again.
