β β β β β After searching for modern pendant and spot lights across town, came across Tong Ging. The choice was extensive and the personalized service by the staff was outstanding. Lights were delivered on time, installed and the discounts were good. The consultants are very responsive to customer needs and help you reduce unnecessary expenses. The installation staff was polite and very patient. After sales followup was excellent and the staff returned to adjust the height of the lights (free of charge).

Mr Tan the wireman and team are very polite, meticulous in doing their work, polish the lightings and clean up well upon work completion. I am absolutely pleased with this purchase and the installation experience.

β β β β β For people that want to find lighting for the whole house, Varinder from Tong Ging is the person to talk to. He first visited my house to discuss, then we went to Tong Ging to select the design. He came up with drawings and also liaise with the plaster ceiling guy to ensure everything was right. His professionalism and capability made it all work. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

β β β β β I want to praise Yumico first. Since I haven't taken the vaccine and I can't go into the shop, Yumico gave me detailed information about the lighting and answered my questions patiently. She can speak different languages so it's convenient to communicate with her. In short, she's nice, helpful and responsible.
The wireman is polite and professional. He's willing to answer my questions. He and his assistant cooperate with each other and do the job well. I'm satisfied with their work.

Moreover, i would wish to compliment their installation team as they will go beyond their work scope and ensure that you are happy with the installation. They will even help you to check whether other lights are working even that you didnt buy from them.
