Steaks were excellent and done on point.
Pasta was also really tasty and flavorful.
Prices are generally reasonable.
Attentive and friendly staff.
Look forward to coming back for more!

And it doesn't serve the bread as appertizers anymore

Beef short rib was still good but the lamb ribs were half of the previous portion. Full of fat layers. Its like we were licking oil then eating meat.
5 star on first visit in 2017.
Was shocked to not find any pork ribs on the menu, then realised it might be for HAHAL reason. So we decided to try their Beef Short Rib and Lamb Ribs! Both were fantastic! With our great preference towards the Lamb Ribs. Very tender on the inside and yet slightly burnt and smoky on the outside, served with 2 sides of your choice. The Beef Short Ribs on the other hand was nicely marinated but not as juice and tender, still love it though! We also ordered the Roma platter that came with fried onion rings, baked potato skins and spicy wings! All of which we were satisfied!!

โ โ โ โ โ This outlet should probably need to hire more workers as I could only see two front staff going in and out of the kitchen.
Even though the restaurant was at less than half capacity it had only one of the two front staff taking orders from customers.
My family and I decided to call it quits after waiting for 15 minutes when nobody attended to us. Such a let down because it was our first time trying this restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ Pls don't come here. It's so expensive and the food was incredibly subpar and not very good. The service was also non existent. When we came it was full, which we didn't mind not getting cutleries for a while. But as the crowd lessened, we still couldn't get service. And when we wanted to pay no one was around. There's was maybe one service staff clearing plates, and she paid us no mind. Eventually we paid and left feeling like it was a waste of time and money.

This outlet here i gave them 2 chances, both times disappointing. Lets talk abt food. The corn here is soggy, overboiled and tasteless. The broccoli served, same! Overboiled! And there wasnt many ppl but the time management is horrid! My item the ribs arrived first after waiting around 25-30mins then my wife's item arrived around 25mins later! Total she waited for almost 1hr for her food!
We talk abt the service, the servers like really act deaf. Called for them politely and waved my hand, act like dont see. Act like cant hear.
When i talked to them nicely abt the issue above, the server replied in malay: "oh i donno. I just bring forward the food and bring back the plate. U want me to bring back?" Wah. So i had to ask nicely to speak to the manager and explain whats wrong. ( I mean... U dun charge ppl 90rm+++ for the fillet mignon steak and then serve me like above anyhow right? Its not cheap streetfood).

No lah. Tony Romas komtar mall outlet way better. Better staff. Better food. Dun eat here guys.

โ โ โ โ โ If you've been to other Tony Roma's around the world, get ready for a trip downhill. What a disappointment, absolutely nothing good about this place. It definitely doesn't feel like Tony Roma's. Starting with the service, horrible. The quality of the food was very low, I ordered a steak rare and it came at least well done, hard as a stone. The Cajun burger, also ordered rare, came dry and overcooked. I will never go back to this place again, when you pay the price of a Tony Roma's you expect world-renowned quality, not this third-rate restaurant treatment and food.
