★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in my car to fix up the door upholstery and top cushion. Nightmare started when collecting the car.
1) counter lady never mentioned 2% additional for credit card charges. Then blame on me for not asking!
2) got 2 missing parts
a) rain sensor bracket cover and
b) airbag pillar clip.
Never mentioned before starting work and keep on denying responsibility after I highlighted.
For the rain sensor bracket, said got photo. But they could have snapped the photo after it was broken.
For the airbag pillar clip, no photos.
The worker (who was the son of the counter lady) was rude and ill mannered.
Indeed a “black shop” and their prices are not exactly reasonable either.
Avoid at all costs!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in to fix roof lining (ladyboss mentioned it takes about 4.5 hours to fix). Noticed my doors lining need to be fixed too but i didnt want to as she mentioned it'll need another 1hour or so.
Left the place (as there's no waiting area), and the lady boss texted after a while saying that she can fix the doors at the same time as there's a worker available and they've accidentally removed my door lining too- so no choice
Went back after 4.5 hours and they're not done yet. Took them nearly 7 hours to finally complete!!
Workmanship was so so. And they accidentally cut my windshield tint!!
Pricing was average, but the ladyboss is friedly and apologetic and did give rm20 discount (hence the 2 stars)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just done my rooflining with top Cushion. Good price with good workmanship. Overall took 3.5 hours to complete. Best to leave the car there and take grab go citta mall.
The lady boss is good. Try to contact her instead of her son. I contacted her son earlier and he is not so responsive.
