★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really great giftshop. Only shop where you can find real made gifts, made by local Malaysian people. The have handmade wooden dolls made by the Oran Asli Nomad people living in the jungle. Yhey also sell wooden blowpipes and music instruments. The prices are good.
Really friendly owner.
I bought a wooded Oran Asli doll. About 40cm tall, costed 38 MYR. The owner showed me a newspaper article describing the Oran Asli making these gifts.
You can find this gift shop directly next to the Subway.
So far I found the only giftshop in the "cable car" are where they have different gifts that "Made in China" stuff. I can really recommend a visit here.
