★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience i got here. My intention was tp buy a rodent as pet. My first time to have a rodent, so i need advice or recommendations on what type of rodents can i have. There are 4-6 staff there lingering around, i tried to talk to one of them but each one of them only replied once, then ignored me. I asked again and other staff answered me. I dont get my questions or needs answered here. Terrible service, bad staff! Im not impressed at all. I bought my rodent pet from other shop that day. Which serve me like a true costumer.,

The prices are affordable as they provide a discount once you become a member. They also have pet boarding which is clean and organised. Not forgetting the employees there are friendly and knowledgeable about pet care. I would rate this place more if there were more stars provided?
