Your staff Chun Ann, very helpful and responsive. this is the reason i gave 5 stars because of his commitmwnt and customer service oriented. the roadtax and insurance platform itself i would rate 3 out of 5.

Why the hell you did not update the working days in Google since you are not open on Saturday??? Wasted my time drive over there and then go to NU Sentral. And card expired with credit lock in card, why your staff never tell earlier can do E-Refund online instead asked to go to branch to settle, seriously Touch N Go, if there are other companies doing same thing that you are doing, I will not use any of your service!!!

Rather appalling that many TNG merchants still do not use DuitNow QR, somehow its seems to be a very monopolistic business move. The old QR should have been deactivated / phased out by now. Show consumers your will for a fair competition, improve TNG eWallet!

Visited to purchase the nfc card. A customer service booth is located on the ground floor. No ticketing system as there's no queue. There's a top-up machine and a few officers about. Some disinterested to converse and an odd one will greet you. I had to order the new nfc cards via my app as the physical stock ran out on 2 occassions at this location. 1000 cards within 1-2 hours, as i was told. Anyways, received the cards after a month's wait. Instructions are clear and it's really easy to set-up. Now i need to return to the physical outlet to tranfer the balance of funds out of the older cards and terminate them. So many back and forth trips which isn't ideal. I wish they can better stock cards om premise or issue communications to save us a trip when we have them by mail.

Quite happy with my counter staff experiences here at TnG the last couple of times. First time was Pre-MCO where they helped me refund the old TnG cards. Bought new cards and then MCO locked down and I couldn't use them for over 2 years. First year, they deduct Rm10 each card then RM5 for every 6 months. So total, I lost rm40 but I blame the company, not the staff who helped me. I also don't use eWallet but rather top up at Watson's etc so they won't overcharge me.

Same case happen to my self, being penalty because entering highway via RFID and exit using Smart Tag / Touch & Go. Already apply refund for over charge via online application a month ago. Went to the center to follow up after not getting proper feedback via online, twitter and phone call. The staff there inform, i need to wait for another 2-3 week for PLUS localise the investigation. ???… lesson learnt… don’t mix it. If you entering the highway using RFID, to exit also MUST use RFID?

Do u guys know that you cannot mix usage rfid and smart tag/touch n go if you are on North south highway or any other highway that will scan u first and charge you at your exit toll. Don't mix or else you be charged penalties! For my case, RM43 in lieu of my usual 85cents toll charge!!!!!!!! After complaining online, TnG have been directing me all over the world and erefund doesn't work. I will go over to this office soon to settle with these thieves. You guys better check your TnG charges closely, this clowns might be siphoning money slowly without your knowledge... Update: 27th Apr 2022 Perfectly not busy toll but rfid users had to endure long slow queue. Rfid is supposed to improve user experience but it create more havoc. Lousy system... poor system implementation... should fire the people responsible. When it comes to TnG implementing RFID, guess stupidity has no limit.
