★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for a refund for my Matilda tickets a year after requesting it, two years after the show was cancelled due to covid and refunds offered. The company promised a refund but refused to give a timeline, so they can drag it out forever. Extremely unethical behaviour; never buy tickets through them if you can help it.
