โ โ โ โ โ 5 hours already (from 8am to now 1pm and still counting) and still waiting for my car to be done. Refreshments only coffee or tea, not even some thing to eat. I paid RM400++ for car service but still need to pay for snacks which is RM2, seriously??! Can at least provide some foods for hungry ppl like us ?

โ โ โ โ โ Believe it or not, perodua service has better customer service and serve better snacks and drinks..??
Its lunchtime, a cheapo nasi lemak will do, but instead, we only get coffee machine and coway drinks only..
They got maggi in cup, but we have to pay RM2 for it..
Well, for the no1 company in the world, toyota better impove that.

โ โ โ โ โ Cosy Environment. Sadly no meals or breakfast provided. However, coffee machine and Coway is available. Servicing my Dads car.
Besides that, during covid 19, temperature screening counter using poor quality hand sanitizer. Even pen marks on my hands are not washed off. Too bad. ?
