โ โ โ โ โ Went to their show room twice to see new car, however nobody come and serve you for both visit. Second visit more even funny, when after i sit in the new cross inside the show room, there is one guy not sure is salesman or not that keep talking on phone, suddenly go close all the display car (cross) door and himself just sit in the driver sit and continue talk. His action to me is just like not welcoming us to continue see the car. Me and my wife just like stranger there and feel very disappointed on the toyota prai showroom service. My first visit was there for about 20min just 2 weeks before my second visit and end up no body come to us. I think their security guard service more even better than their sales personnel. I think toyota prai management should look this issue seriously, else serious buyer will just gone away.

โ โ โ โ โ We were here for 15mins not a single sales agent attend to us. Not that all are busy just that they judged or they are not interested to sell. Don't bother to come as they have limited model in this showroom. No Corolla and no Camry.

They provide generous explanation on their services and provide lounge area for you to sit and relax while waiting for your vehicle to be service. You can also browse their sales area to survey or buy new Toyota model and get other services such as insurance, body kits, spare parts and tyres
